Join Boards by Dana at Double Groove Brewing Company on Saturday April 15 @ 11:00am for a fun charcuterie workshop! Build your board, sample some beers and have some fun with us.

In this private, hands-on workshop, you will learn how to craft a gorgeous cheese and charcuterie board that will wow your friends, family & party guests!

During the workshop, attendees will learn how to style and arrange a well balanced charcuterie board, learn new cheese cutting and styling techniques, build a salami river and construct the ever-popular salami rose!

Your ticket  includes:

• all ingredients and materials needed to make a personalized charcuterie board for 1-2 that you can enjoy while at the workshop & when you get home too! (please note that each workshop attendee must purchase an individual ticket).
• an hour of teaching and instruction from Dana of Boards by Dana

• a handout with tips, tricks and pairings
